These notebooks contain typed transcriptions of sermons preached by Kathryn Kuhlman over the radio (WPBH) and at Carnegie Hall between April 1, 1949 and Feb. 25, 1952. They also include some news clippings concerning Miss Kuhlman's ministry and brief comments by the typist.
They are eye-witness accounts of the Kathryn Kuhlman meetings at which the typist, Mrs. Gay Luchin, took notes in shorthand and then transcribed them. They are not to be understood as being verbatim. The typist was converted in Miss Kuhlman's meetings and immediately began taking notes and preserving them. The notebooks contain the original typed copies.
